Mr. Henry Risson,--The older residents of Ma Ma Creek and Gatton districts will learn with regret of the passing of Mr. Henry Risson, a native of the former centre. The late Mr. Risson was the fifth son of worthy pioneers of the district, the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Risson. As a young man he was engaged for a number of years in the saddlery business under Mr. E. Whittle, Gatton. After his return from the Boer War, he lived for several years in Maitland, and later removed to Tigrah. via Bundoch, N.C.L.. in the vicinity of Sydney, where he resided until his death on September 2. He left a widow, two daughters and two sons, and four sisters -Mesdames Gradwell (Sandgate, Larsen (Grantham), Bailey, (Toowoomba). Berwick (Longreach), and Mrs. Cunnington (Allora), and one brother, Mr. Charles Risson (Ipswich).
