When Albert Alfred Wagner enlisted in 1901 in the 5th QIB and his details were published with the rank and file in The Queenslander, 16 Mar 1901, he noted his N.O.K. as his father A. Wagner, Rawlings St, Kangaroo Point.
Albert Alfred Wagner was born on 21 Oct 1883 in Queensland, a son to Albert Wagner and Anna Elizabeth Wagner (nee Modrow). He married Sarah Eleanor Maguire on 13 Apr 1914 in Queensland and they had 6 chilldren while residing at Kangaroo Point.
