Eldest son of Father Daniel Butterick (d. 24/3/1935 77 yrs) and
Mother Elizabeth Butterick (nee Stagf - d, 21/9/1941 82yrs), living at Tarcowie, SA.
Later lived at Orroroo,  both buried at Tarcowie Cemetery, SA.
