Geoffrey QUIN travelled to the United States in 1907 at 20 years of age. He enlisted in WWI in 1918. He returned to Adelaide after the war but by 1921 he was back in the United States. There, in San Francisco, he married Jean Cosby BRIDGHAM. They had a son on 9 Sep 1926 named Geoffrey Robert QUIN.
Geoffrey QUIN Snr worked as a furnace salesman and then as a realestate broker and lived in the hills above San Francisco in Marin Country.
He died in Marin County in 1972, aged 85. - Submitted by Philip Quin
