Biography contributed by Glenn Angus

Born: Hartley Angus was born in Casterton, Victoria to John ANGUS & Mary DEARSLEY (nee HUTCHISON) (unmarried).  Hartley and his Brother Robert Angus were subsequently admitted to State care circa 1878 in South Australia where it appears their surnames were incorrectly recorded as DRESSLEY.
