Joseph L. Kinniburgh, D.S.M., son of Mr and Mrs D. Kinniburgh, of Nichols' Point, is expected in Mildura this morning. It will be remembered that "Joe" was on the Sydney when it sank the German raider Emden and that he was awarded special recognition for services rendered. "Joe" is the first of the Naval men to return to Mildura. He should receive a hearty welcome.
