Meritorious Service Medal
'Throughout the period 25th February 1918 to Night 16th/17th September 1918, this Non Commissioned Officer has performed splendid service. During the recent offensive operations, Sergeant RODRIGUEZ has done excellent work in charge of teams supplying ammunition to Batteries, frequently under heavy enemy shell fire, and the efficient maintenance of this supply was in no small measure due to his consistency, energy, and coolness under shell fire.'
