Thomas Mervyn Hall's last rank was a Major in the war. In civilian life he was a doctor in Toowoomba and enjoyed flying glider planes untill his death on 11 April 1954 when he crashed at Oakey Qld.Known as "Mervyn" he was my mothers uncle and was survived by his wife Una and daughters Judith and Susan. Judith became a doctor who I think still practices in Toowoomba.
