BARWELL.—On the 30th July (suddenly from meningitis), at the Base Hospital, St. Kilda road, Private William Barwell, dearly loved husband of Lilian C., late of Tallangatta, son of Mrs. and the late Henry  Barwell, Isle of Wight, England, and son-in-law of Hon. Lieut. and Mrs. E. Whitehead, "Chavasse," Inkerman road, East St. Kilda, aged 30 years. (Interred privately at Brighton Cemetery on 2nd August.)  Home papers please copy.
