Arthur James KOOK was born in Hay, New South Wales in 1893

His parents were Theodore Richard KOOK & Isabella MOORE who maried in Hay in 1881

He enlisted on 14th August, 1916 at the RAS Showground in Sydney and was with the 2nd Infantry Battalion, B Company  which was the Depot Battalion at Cootamundra, NSW

Arthur died on 9th September, 1916 at Cootamundra Field Hospital of Measles & Broncho-pneumonia and is buried in the Temora General Cemetery, NSW
