Parents: - Arthur Osmond Duke and Eleanor Jane Bradley married 21 Jul 1887 Richmond, Victoria, Australia.

Fate: - Ship's Medical Officer, HMAT "Shropshire".

Reported that Driver Arthur Frederick Duke was admitted to hospital at 6pm, 8th June 1917 suffering from concussion resulting from a fall down companion way entrance (ladder) to B deck. During the morning of the 9th June 1917, he developed symptoms, synonymous to that of a fractured at the base of the skull. Driver Duke died at 3pm that day.
