Son of the late George Morgan EDWARDS and Dora Caroline nee CONSTANDT, of Dulwich, SA.  George was married and residing at Port Pirie.  He was a good swimmer and keen golfer and also fond of yachting and was a member of the Yacht Squadron in Adelaide.  In civil life he was Manager of Gibbs Bright Shipping Coy at Port Pirie.
