20 Jan 1915:	Enlisted AIF WW1, Originally enlisted at Herberton Qld but did not embark.
25 Feb 1915:	Discharged AIF WW1, A medical board assembled at Enoggera Qld found he was suffering from a General Debility (no other description provided) and he was discharged as medically unfit.
31 Dec 1917:	Enlisted AIF WW1, 22574, Enlisted again at Cairns Qld but again does not appear to have embarked.
4 Dec 1918:	Discharged AIF WW1, 22574, Following admission to hospital it was diagnosed he had Albuminuria. A subsequent medical board hearing found he was medically unfit and he was discharged.
