RAAF Auster aircraft A11-61 crashed in Japan on the 24th of April 1951 with all on board killed:

Sergeant Bernard Walter Harding (pilot) - enlisted 1945 (167661) and served in Korea (A2901)

Flight Sergeant Laurence Charles Haines - enlisted 1940 served during WW2 plus Korea (A31576)

Corporal Donald Stuart Scott - enlisted 1947 (86147) and served in Malaya with 38SQN (A5383)
