29 Sep 1917: Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 3044, 48th Infantry Battalion, Third Ypres, SW to both legs sustained in the line near Polygon Wood. Evacuated to 10th CCS at Lijssenthoek however died of his wounds later the same day.
