Born 11 July 1901 in Ballan, Victoria.
Son of Captain Chaplain James Herbert St. John Chaseling and Ada Clare Susannah (Fullerton) Chaseling
Father remarried in 1929.
Step son of Ethel Marianne CHASELING (nee ALFORD).
Brother of Eric Herbert Chaseling and Eva Maude Croll (nee Chaseling).
1932 married Edna (Viles) Wearne
who remarried 1951 to Frederick Marshal Wearne.
17/01/1983 Edna died
1940 remarried to Marjorie Adelaide Chaseling (nee Lowther)
Marjorie was born 1905
Clive served in RAAF in World War 2.
He was discharged on August 16, 1946 as a Squadron Leader with Headquarters Eastern Area.
20/12/1971 Clive passed away
His Death Notice read:
CHASELING, Clive Robert (Bill) - December 20, 1971 of Castle Hill, formerly of Pymble, husband of Marjorie, younger brother of Eric (deceased) uncle of Robert Eric. Loved by all."
After a Service at St. James' Church of England, King Street, Turramurra he was cremated at Northern Suburbs.
