Philip Worland Service History
Son of Leslie Oswald Worland and Clara Sophia Cowell was born on 28th September 1921 at Euroa, Victoria as shown on Service record.
Phil enlisted on 12th August 1941 at Colac. He was attached to the 2/6th Field Ambulance and saw service in Borneo and the Netherlands East Indies area, being eventually discharged on 21st January 1946 after nearly 5 years service. His medals include the 1939-1945 service medal and the Pacific Star. He was engaged as a driver mechanic during most of this time.
