Son of the late Denis S FARRELL and Mary Anne FARRELL, 43 Booth Street, Annandale, New South Wales.

Contracted Ilenss in France 16 September 1916 and invalided to Base Hospital France, Northampton Hospital England.   Returned to Unit 20 January 1918 and was with his unit till hostilities ceased.
