Dr Blair Donaldson, the Australian surgeon sent by the Bucharest Wounded Allies' Relief Committee to take charge of the X ray operations at the Serbian base hospital, is a native of Rokewood, Victoria. It is only about five years ago that he went to Edinburgh to complete his course in medicine and surgery. Dr Blair Donaldson is the second son of Dr James Blair Donaldson, of Linton, Victoria, and is a nephew of Mr E S Emeison, the Australian writer, at present resident in Brisbane.
