Norman Wilfred Westerway 1887-1975, son of William Henry and Rhoda nee Higgins of Westerway
SERN 6237 enlisted 1915 and 18/3/1916 Taken on Strength 15th Field Company Engineers (Tel-el-Kebir). Then posted to France and appointed Lance Corporal. He shuttled between England\France over the next couple of years due to illness and married a Scottish lass before returning to Tasmania at the end of 1918.
