Anthony (known as Tony) Jubb, originally from Middlesborough, England, migrated to Australia on his own in 1967 when he was 19 years old. He left his mother, father, and siblings in England in search of opportunity.
Tony served in the Australian Army in Vietnam during the Vietnam War, and then for some years afterwards, based in Victoria, Australia.
Tony married and divorced twice, and had three children with his first wife, and a number of grandchildren.
Tony, a proud and principled man, maintained a keen interest in helping his local community, working in paid and voluntary position with The Salvation Army and the St Vincent de Paul Society.
