31 May 1965:	Involvement Royal Australian Navy, Seaman, R93807
21 Mar 1966:	Transferred Royal Australian Navy, Writer, HMAS Yarra (III), Whilst serving in YARRA, was promoted to A/Leading Seaman Writer on 5 August 1966. Served in Yarra until 30 October 1966 , then posted to 817 Squadron at HMAS Albatross on 31 October 1966.
