9 Sep 1970: Involvement Royal Australian Navy, Lieutenant, O2762
11 Oct 1970: Involvement Royal Australian Navy, 02762, RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam, Helicopters were sent to insert troops near Kien Long, where an enemy battalion was entrenched in a treeline. The helicopter in which Lieutenant Abraham was co-pilot was forced to land nearby during the mission. The enemy eventually retreated. Information source:

Date unknown: Involvement Royal Australian Navy, 02762, RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam, In 1971, led by Lieutenant Abraham, helicopters went to insert units of the 7th ARVN Division near Giong Trom. This was unsuccessful as the Viet Cong had known of the plan, and many soldiers were killed. The helicopters quickly took off again.
