Son of Henry O'Keeffe and Margaret O'Keefe nee O'Driscoll of Melbourne, Victoria.

Next of kin given as his brother Cornelius O'Keeffe of Launching Place, Warburton, Victoria

On 3 April 1919 Henry lodged and application for non military employment with the Agriculture School  (Tropical Agriculture), Sutton Valley, England

Commenced return to Australia on 19 August 1919 aboard HT Ajana disembarking on 9 October 1919 at Sydney for onward travel to Melbourne
