Arthur Wilfred was the son of Richard Austin Parker & Hannah Rebecca (Myers) Parker.

He had 8 brothers and 5 sisters. Two of his brothers, 330 Pte. Richard Austin Parker (/explore/people/153298) and 1611 Pte. Leonard Edward Parker (/explore/people/194264) also served their country in WW1. 

Arthur lowered his age by 5 years in order to serve again in WW2 as QX11202
