Son of Robert  and Emily Rosina SNEDDON

Qualified as an Air Gunner. Went to England and flew with No 50 Squadron in Lancaster bombers.

Did a full tour of operations including flying over France on D Day.

Survived running out of fuel and crashing on fire. The whole crew were decorated.

Discharged in late 1945.

Cremated and ashes scattered, Commemorated at Springvale cemetery
