Ernest Morrell Rowe stood for vice president in the 1920 election of the Returned Sailiors, Soldiers' Imperial League of Australia South Australia Branch. He had an interest in having the Memorial Hall Built, getting more involved in the manaufactor of the hand woven ANZAC tweed, continuing the work with the Army and Navy Stores. He was not elected having recieve 231 votes.
