Thomas was born 4th August 1898 in Brisbane and died 29th December 1965. He is buried in Beaudesert. His parents were James and Jessie (nee Marriott).
Thomas married Annie Frances Emmeline nee Binstead on the 15th February 1922 in Wilston Brisbane. Two other brothers Robert James and John Francis paid the ultimate sacrifice. There are files at the Museum for these brothers as they are descendants of both Tamborine and Jimboomba Pioneer familes.
