30 Apr 1915: Enlisted Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Sister, AANS, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1)
20 May 1915: Embarked Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Sister, AANS, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Embarked on RMS Mooltan from Adelaide, disembarking Egypt and subsequently onto Lemnos Island, Greece.
25 Jun 1915: Transferred Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Sister, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1),
  • June 1915 - posted to 3rd Australian General Hospital, Lemnos Island, Greece
  • 26th October 1915 - Sister Malster was admitted to hospital and discharged on 12th November 1915
  • 27th January 1916 - with the Gallipoli campaign over, arrived in Alexandria, Egypt from Mudros before moving on to Abbassia in February 1916
  • 5th October 1916 - arrived in England with the 3rd General Hospital based at Brighton
  • 11th April 1917 - detached for duty to 2nd Stationary Hospital, Abbeville France but rejoined the 3rd General Hospital shortly afterwards
  • went on leave over Christmas 1917 and returned on 7th January 1918
  • 12th February 1918 - admitted to the 16th General Hospital with German Measles and rejoined her unit on 16 March 1918
  • 23rd February 1919 - Sister Malster was still in France and spent a few weeks on leave in Rome. She remained in France until May 1919 when she went to England
  • 18 Feb 1920: Embarked Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Sister, AANS, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Arrived in Australia from England, disembarking in Adelaide.
