His Next of Kin was listed as Mrs Sarah Hinks of Mt Barker Junction in the Adelaie Hills.
Henry was enlisted into the 3rd Reinforcements of the 50th Battalion. This was a large draft and nearly all of hte men were from SOuth Australia. The few that gave an interstate address had likely enlisted in South Australia. Henry was 42 years of age and single at embarkation listing his occupation as a Labourer.
