Biography contributed by Faithe Jones

Anxiety is felt for the safety of George Crawford Yule (53), who has been missing from his home in Menin Street, Corinda, since Saturday morning. It is stated that he left home with the intention of visiting the Labour Bureau in Edward Street, city. Yule is 5ft. 8in. in height, and has a fair complexion, and brown hair, turning grey. When he was last seen he was wearing a navy blue serge suit, a white shirt, and grey hat. He had only a few shillings in his possession. Six months ago Yule disappeared in similar circumstances, and he was later located, suffering from loss of memory, at Currumbin. He has no relatives in Brisbane. - 9 Oct 1933
