Wiliam James Francis Grogan was born destined to serve his country.
He was a trooper with the 1st Light Horse Regiment in World War I, receiving a Mention In Despatches. After the war he married and became a police officer for a number of years. During World War II he joined the Civilian Military Forces, again protecting and serving the people...
