Dr. Leonard Roy Cook, son of Mr F.H. Cook, of Elphin grove, Hawthorn, died in the Randwick Miltiary Hospital on Sunday after a brief illness. For over two years he had practised at Hay, but ill-health recently compelled him to give up his profession and seek treatment in Sydney.  The late Dr. Cook served in the Army Medical Corps in Frnace, and was a popular and capable officer.  Two years ago he was married to Miss Keith Walsh, of North Carlton.  The funeral took place in Sydney yesterday.
