Formed New South Wales 18 August 1914. Departed Sydney Southern 23 September 1914 and Melbourne Southern 18 October 1914. Assigned to Anzac Mounted Division March 1916. Returned to Australia Ulimaroa 13 March 1919 and Orari 16 May 1919 arriving Fremantle 19 June 1919, Adelaide 26 June 1919, Melbourne 30 June 1919, Sydney 4 July 1919.
