110 Light / later 52 Composite Anti Aircraft Regiment

110 LAA Regt formed at Kensington Racecourse in February 1942 from Sydney University Regiment.  Four Batteries were established., numbered 1-4. That didn't last long as the endless re-designation of artillery units began first with 1 and 2 Batteries became 32 and 33 and were detahed to Townsville and Cairns.  3 and 4 Batteries became 153 and 154 Batteries and in October 1943 they moved to Clarendon and Port Kembla respectively. In August 1943 110 Regiment was re-designated 52 Composite, before deploying to New Guinea / Merauke in the Netherlands East Indies.

In July 1945 withdrew to Narellan in NSW where they disbanded in August 1945.
