Biography

Roger Tom Juggins was born in Marston, Bedfordshire, U.K., and lived in St. Ives with hs parents until migrating to Australia in 1910/11, where he joined two brothers, Jack and Frederick. Together they built the Agricultural Hall in NO Mans District, WA. He enlisted in the Imperial Australian Force on 27th March 1916
