Australian Light Horse-8th Battalion.
Date of enlistment: 15.02.1915
Place of enlistment: Broadmeadows, Victoria, Australia

Trooper Tosh may have been 28, not 26. His wife was Mrs W. Tosh, 55 Victoria St, Dundee-they had one daughter  (name unknown).

Dundee paid a high price for her war efforts. By the armistice, over 4,000 men and several women had made the ultimate sacrifice. Their names are recorded in the city’s Roll of Honour.
