Son of Charles Wigger and Eliza Wigger nee Branton of 5 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy, Victoria, Brother of Reginald Charles Llewellyn Wigger who was killed in action on the 8th May 1915 while serving with the 6th Battalion and Robert Branton Wigger who died of wounds on 5 August 1918 while serving with the 22nd Battalion, Mabel Ellen Wigger, Martha Ann Wigger and Mavis Wigger
