Next of kin given as a brother Frederick James  Elsen of Kalamunda, WA formerly of 301 Norwood Road, Belmont, WA. Brother of G. H. Elsen

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal

In March 1920 Frederick wrote to Base Records stating that John owned a homestead selection 1911-9, Narrabri, NSW
