Gilbert "Gil" Henry Ebbott (26 August 1890 – 9 February 1960) was an Australian rules footballer who played two games with St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Ebbott was recruited from Wangaratta in the Ovens & Murray Football League and made his debut against Essendon in 1912.
