His parents were George Eyre GIDERSON & Fanny Harriet WALKER

He married Ethel EDWARDS in the Emmanuel Church of England in Pulwich, London on 2nd November 1916 - their daughter Dorothy Eyre GIDERSON (SN VFX138510) served in the AIF during WW2 (Rank Lieutenant) AAMWS) and was discharged on 16th January, 1945
