Full name Louis Clarke Joseph O'Halloran but served as Louis Clarke O'Halloran.

Address at the time of enlistment was given as Albion Street, Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW. 

Son of E.E. O'Halloran of Waipawa, Hawke's Bay, NZ

Medals: 1914-1915 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal

After discharge Louis returned to NZ where he re-enlisted with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force serving in France returning in 1919.
