Son of William O'Dowd and Sarah White formerly O'Dowd nee Wyatt of Short Street, Surry Hills, NSW.
Commenced return to Australia on 10 December 1918 aboard HT Somali disembarking on 8 February 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Brisbane.
