    John was born 39th August 1895 in Brisbane. He was working in the Logan Village area at the time of his enlistment in WW1. zxsHis parents were John Sidney Taylor and Elizabeth nee Pyrah.
    He is listged on the Logan Village District Roll of Honour and also the Logan Village Museum Roll of Honour.
    He was still in France in the field on Armistice Day 1918.
