Son of John Frederick Kenyon and Emma Caroline Kenyon nee Kennedy of 'Mundora', Provincial Road, Lindfield, NSW formerly of Narrabri, NSW
Brother of Shirley H.M. Kenyon, Charles Frederick Kenyon, Robert Kennedy Kenyon, Cyril H. Kenyon, Vivian Horsley Kenyon, Douglas Hamilton Kenyon who returned to Australia on 10 March 1918 having served with the 3rd Field Artillery Brigade and Claude Septimus Selborne Kenyon who was killed in action on 6 September 1915 while serving with the 4th Battalion. He is buried in the Lone Pine Cemetery Plot 11, Row B, Grave 27
Commenced return to Australia on 12 June 1919 aboard HT Themistocles disembarking on the 10 August 1919
