Son of Donald Urquhart and Mary Sibbald Urquhart nee Morris of Narracan, Victoria.
Husband of Eveline Urquhart nee May of Gloster Street, Subiaco, WA. Donald and Eveline married in Boulder, WA, during 1904c.
20 June 1916 - enlisted at Perth, WA, with the 44th Battalion and with the rank of Private.
8 June 1917 - wounded in action. Severe facial damage to the facial bones, developed tetanus .
20 December 1917 - commenced return to Australia aboard HT Runic disembarking on 6 February 1918
Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal
2 August 1918 - discharged at the 5th Military District as medically unfit due to wounding
