Ewan Cameron Gillies
NX23479 Ewan Cameron Gillies enlisted at Strathfield on 31st May 1940 and at the time of discharge on 4th January 1946 was a Sergeant with 2/1 Anti-Tank Regiment. Ewan saw service in the Middle East (ME) 28th June 1941-19th March 1942, Darwin 3rd April 1942-15th June 1943, New Guinea (NG) 22nd November 1943-8th August 1944 and Netherlands East Indies (NEI) 21st May 1945-19th December 1945.
