Son of Patrick Joseph O'Brien and Florence O'Brien nee Doherty of Arthur Street, Teneriffe, QLD

Commenced return to Australia on 30 January 1918 due to being underage aboard HT Euripides disembarking on 21 March 1918 at Melbourne for  onward travel to Brisbane via rail.

Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal
