5 August 1915 - To hospital at Gallipoli - Ears

9 August 1915 - In hospital - Otitis

14 October 1915 -Rejoined Battalion

12 December 1915 - Gunshot wound. Fractured femur, left leg and frost bite

8 January 1916 - Still dangerously ill

11 March 1916 - Off dangerously ill list

30 April 1916 - Transferred to Cairo

4 July 1916 - Transferred to HS Karoola for return to Australia
