Biography contributed by Robert Wight
Thomas Crowle also served with the 5th Victorian Mounted Rifles in the Boer War (Nominal Roll not located) in 1900 and was wounded and invalided to Australia in 1901.
His name also appears on the Boer War Memorial at St Arnaud, Vic.
